For today swimming...

Hello people,

For today I decided to have a workout in the pool. I think that swimming is the best - it activates all muscles.

Although most people initially go swimming because of some health reasons, I think that it is a great activity for everyone, and that everyone should learn how to swim.

All of us should go swimming when they get a chance.

Stretching


Morning World


It is very important to stretch before and after any exercise. Stretching makes our bodies more flexible, decreases the potential for injuries by preparing muscles for work before activity and increases blood and nutrient supply to muscles.After an activity, it relaxes our muscles and puts them in their normal state, and by doing so, decreases the chance of getting sore muscles.
Even in a short amount of time (15-20 minutes) stretching can calm the mind, give your body a chance to recharge, and provide a mental break.

This morning, I have done exercises for my abs and legs.
From today I am starting with DETOX, no gluten and no chocolate. I will post progress pictures in 2 weeks.
